A compilation of 36 delicious and nutritious plant-based recipes.Plant-based meals revolve around vegetables, wholegrains, legumes, nuts, seeds and fruits. All of which are food groups we should be eating more of (said not just by me but by most health authorities!). Unless otherwise stated, recipes are vegan, vegetarian, gluten and dairy free. The idea behind these recipes is that:
